Terms and Conditions

    Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly before placing an order. By entering this site you agree with these terms, and will have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.

General

    You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you either live in Canada or the US, and that you are not offended by adult merchandise. All products on this site that can be legally purchased by adults in US and Canada. THERE IS NO pornographic material on this site. We sell adult novelties and erotic toys only. 

Note: Mpak reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the associated transaction without the buyer's approval if we can't complete it in accordance with the terms described on this page, or for any other reason that might arise. 

Minimum Order: There is a $15.00 minimum order. 

Returns

    Under no circumstances do we accept returns on any open products. Please understand that due to the nature of our products, they are likely to have been in contact with your mouth, blood, body secretions, vagina or anus. We realize that this is an inconvenience for the buyer, but rest assured that all products are visually inspected before being shipped. If you can clearly see a manufacturing defect before opening your package, please contact us via e-mail (info@vibratorshouse.com) within 3 days of receiving your order. Simply describe exactly where the problem lies, and we will explain the return procedure.

If you decide to return items for any other reason than for a deffect, you HAVE TO CONTACT US via email (info@vibratorshouse.com) WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your package. There will be a 5$ restocking fee for Items that have a value of less than $30, a $10 restocking fee for Items that have a value of less than $100 but more than $30, and a 20$ restocking fee for Items that have a value of more than $100. The restocking fees are per item and not per order. Your refund (less the restocking fees) will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item. The shipping fees are not refundable. If you are not certain about a product, ask us for more information before buying it. DO NOT return boxes without notifiying us. All refunds are subject to approval, simply returning your shipment DOES NOT make you eligible for a refund.

All decisions related to refunds are left to the sole discretion of MPAK.

Cancellations

    If you decide to cancel an order before it's been shipped out. There is a $5 fee ($8 for orders over $100). Please understand that this is not to make money. It is just barely enough to cover the charges we have for the Credit Card Transactions.
Cancelling an order after it's been shipped out is subject to the restocking fees described in the Return Policy.

If we have to cancel your order, or if you decide to cancel it because an item is back order, or because we can't ship it within our time frame, there is no charge.

Batteries Included

    All battery operated devices are tested before shipping. That way you are guaranteed to get working toys. We leave the batteries in after testing. All battery powered toys come with batteries included. If you would rather not have us open your products for testing, please specify it in the "Special Notes". 

Shipping & Handling

    All shipments are charged a flat rate of  7.95 USD or 8.95 CAD depending on which country you are shipping to. All shipments are made through UPS Ground for the USA and Expedited Canada Post for Canada. Orders take between 1 to 7 days, after shipping, to reach destination. If an item is back order, we will contact you via e-mail to discuss your options (you will have to possibility to cancel your order and have a full refund). Most of the orders that are placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the next business day. All orders are processed within 7 business days.
    PO Boxes: We DO ship to PO Boxes. We understand that come customers feel the need for more privacy. However when you specify a PO Box for your address, we have to use standard post. So it may take a little longer before you get your items. (allow 7-10 days)

Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico: We DO ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, but we use Standard mail, so you have to allow for a longer delay.

Discreet Packaging

    All Orders are shipped in PLAIN BROWN BOXES. We understand that our customers feel the need for privacy. There is no mention of vibratorshouse.com anywhere on the box. The return address company name is MPAK.

Payment Methods

    Credit Cards: We currently accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We use Internet Secure as our Credit Card Processor. Using Internet Secure gives the buyers (you) the guarranty that the sellers (us) don't have access to your credit card number. Your credit card number is never stored on any server, so there is no risk of having your credit card number stolen. They also use 128 SSL pages, so there is no risk that anyone could see the information being passed to your bank. This is truly a safe way to use your credit card on the Internet.

    Mail Order: If you choose mail order. Fill our CheckOut page. Choose the Mail Order option. Click on Continue. You will send your personal check or money order to the address mentioned on the following page. We will ship your order as soon as we cash it in!

Liability

    We cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused by an improper use of our products. All items on this site are sold as Novelties.
